Here’s how it works!  We accept all consignments Monday thru Thursday from 10-4 or by appointment.

**There may be some days we do not accept consignments, if so a sign will be posted**

 
1. We accept :

Spring/Summer…….January 15th through July 15th

Fall/Winter……August 1st through January 1stFurniture by appointment only!

 
 2.   We accept the following items under these conditions:  50 items per week!!

        -Clothing must be freshly laundered and wrinkle free.

        -All items must be free from stains, holes, piling and odors (mothballs, perfumes, dust  etc.)

       -Current Styles no more than 3-5 years dated.  

       -Items should be brought in a box, tote or shopping style bag or hangers.  (NO PLASTIC BAGS)

       -All furniture, toys, home goods, and other items must be clean, odor free, and in good working condition.

NO BOOKS, VHS, CASSETTE TAPES, STUFFED ANIMALS   (NO BRAS, UNDERWEAR, DVD’S, CD’S OR VIDEO GAMES UNLESS NEW WITH TAGS)!      -

 3.    Pricing an item (initially, discounts and promotions) is at the discretion of the store.

 4.    The Consignor will receive 40% of the sales price after the item has sold. 

 5.    There will be a registration fee of $8.00 to set up your account initially for an  unlimited number of items for the year. The fee is renewable yearly.

 6.    The length of time for consignment is approximately 90 days.  A $10 fee will be assessed for items picked up prior to this time. Unclaimed and Unsold items will be pulled and donated to local charities after this time frame.

 7.    Consignors may collect for items sold by coming into the store during business hours. 

 8.    All items placed on consignment are the property of the consignor or family and they have not been obtained illegally.

 9.    This store is not responsible for loss or damage to items due to accident, theft, fire, flooding or vandalism. All merchandise is placed at consignor’s risk.  Unfound items are not the stores responsibility.  Consignments left at the store are the risk of the consignor.

 This contract is binding and consignors who choose not read it will still be held accountable for terms contained within.  The terms of this contract can be changed without notice to consignors; we will post the updated contracts in the store showing revisions.
